Many options: Asthma can be very serious during pregnancy. There are many options for both treatment of acute exacerbation, and more importantly prevention of attacks. Your OB should have you on an inhaled steroid for the prevention of attacks. Acute attacks may be treated with oral medication when severe. Please contact your OB to discuss the options. Good luck!
