Sorry: There isn't really a percentage accuracy you can apply. I can say it is inaccurate in general because of the fetal age being low and you doctor stated that the umbilical cord 'was in the way' so his view is obscured. As i stated before, once you have your 20 week us, you should have a very high chance of knowing he sex of your baby.
