My wife has 3 june menses date and on 30 may it start spotting is it implantation bleeding or start of menses. she has also cramps?

Could be either: Based on timing, this could be implantation bleeding, presuming she is two weeks after her midcycle. However, premenstrual spotting and cramping may be occurring just prior to the onset of her normal menstrual period.
