Could I have had a silent heart attack ? A few weeks ago i experienced severe pain in back, chest pressure/pain , lightheaded and dizzy with nausea.
Chest aches and pains, left arm ache sometimes shoulder and neck Every day Also hot flushes, nausea with head pressure and mild dizziness. At rest or active. Normal cxr, echo, stress test, bloods, ecgs. If not heart what could it be?
32 years old. Not overweight. Started exercising again but I am struggling with dizziness. Can hardly get my heart rate up before becoming dizzy. Could low blood pressure be a problem?
