Bellybutton pain: There are a variety of causes for pain in the umbilis during pregnancy. An umbilical hernia is one possibility. The one thing i can tell you is that it's not your placenta. Your placenta located inside of your uterus.

I presume u r : Pregnant since u mentioned about placenta. See your oby for a check up. Your pain could be coming from the intestine, uterus, bladder etc. Hope your dr can give u a convincing diagnosis. Take care!
