Prostatitis likely: Your results could be from prostatitis. When the prostate swells the resulting inflammation can be seen on a semen analysis. If you've had chlamydia or gonorrhea in the past, or if you currently have any form of urethritis, this can result in pus in the semen (pyospermia). Treatment with antibiotics can correct it, reducing pyospermia's impact on fertility. Further testing if not improved.
