Probably not: The cause is unknown. Haven't heard of any particular animals being suspected in the cases where kids have come down with kawasaki disease.

I doubt it. : The causes are not well understood, but there are multiple factors, including environmental and genetic ones. It's unlikely that animal exposure would be implicated.
