Probably: Clear discharge is seen at midcycle during ovulation due to the estrogen effect on cervical mucous. Once ovulation occurs, the discharge changes as Progesterone effect takes over. Breast tenderness may also occur in midcycle from estrogen's effects on the breast. Cramping may be related to ovulation itself.
