2 days before period urinalysis showed trace blood but no rbcs what does that indicate?

Well...: Trace blood on chemical analysis can occurs from free hemoglobin, myoglobin and other substances in the urine. It is not as specific as the number if rbcs/hpf. Greater than 3 rbcs/ hpf warrants urological evaluation.
