Variable: It is generally recommended to wait 48-72 hours between ejaculations in men with low sperm counts when trying to conceive during a woman's midcycle fertility window. However, it only takes one sperm to create new life. I'm not really sure it matters for "restocking" purposes.A better approach may be an intrauterine insemination at midcycle.

Every 48 hours: Regardless of baseline sperm count, the optimal frequency of intercourse when attempting conception is every other day. Low sperm count should, however be evaluated by a urologist.
