A member asked:

Recent bloodwork showed an igm level less than 5 mg/dl. other antibodies are normal. i do not have a spleen. could this be the reason?

Unlikely: I find your situation interesting - both are immunologic issues. But, not having a spleen would not drop your igm levels. An isolated deficiency of igm (absence of igm) is rare. Usually it is not a problem. It might be related to your gastrointestinal issues.
