Do doctors see a lot of patients with lymphangitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Yes, lymphangitis is fairly common. Your lymphatic system runs with your blood vessels and helps transport "lymph" back from your arms, legs, head and neck to your lymph nodes as part of your immune system. Lymphangitis (lymph inflammation) is typically caused by an infection. The lymph channels can become red and painful, sometimes streaky. Antibiotics are usually needed. See your doctor.
