Not to worry: It will either go away, or remain, but in either event: does not seem serious. Superficial vein, not the type that if it does "move somewhere else" would cause problem. Deep vein thrombosis is a worry, but does not come from these superficial visible subcutaneous veins.

Possible small clot.: What you seem to be describing is either a small superficial clot or a small varicose vein. A superficial clot is hard to the touch and usually resolves over several weeks. These is no danger from this. A varicose vein is soft and compresses when you touch it. This doesn't go away with time. You should be evaluated by a vein specialist.
