What causes sneezing continuously in the morning and how can i prevent it from occuring?

Sneezing: Typically allergies. The question is what are you allergic to? For many it's dust- you can get tested to determine what you're allergic to- sometimes it's something you can do something about. Otherwise, there are meds you can try- claritin, (loratadine) zyrtec, allegra.
