Depersonalization: Zoloft (sertraline) can help manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. If anxiety is one of the things that triggers your depersonalization episodes, then it may help. However, one would also need to understand the experiences you have that lead to depersonalization, and work on those in psychotherapy. Using zoloft (sertraline) won't "cure" or heal the disorder, but may help ameliorate symptoms.

Agree with : excellent input by Dr. Pappas. Agree that it may help an underlying disorder. Some people may respond well to atypical antipsychotic.
