Not typically: A severe grade pap would typically cause symptoms of bleeding during or after intercourse, and possibly irregular bleeding, but not usually pelvic pain, swollen belly, or bowel changes. Unless the pap smear was actually hiding an advanced cervical cancer, it would be expected to cause the more generalized symptoms you have mentioned.
