Bph: Benign prostatic hypertrophy is a by product of aging, and commonly seen in males say 50 and older. Symptoms include urinary frequency, hesitancy, decrease volume of stream, incomplete bladder emptying leading to more frequent urination, and multiple trips to the toilet at night to urinate. At your age you should not be experiencing any of these symptoms. See your doc. ?Uti or prostatitis.

No: BPH is more a disease of older men. Prostate growth is much more common in the 40s and 50s which contribute to the increased urinary symptoms at this age.
