Could be many things: Could be infection, ovarian cyst, fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian tumor, bowel problems, bladder problems please see your gyn for a workup as u will need an exam, cultures, a pap if u have not had one in a yr, and blood work and an ultrasound to start.
