Yes: Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) typically clears about 105 days after the last injection and usually no longer affects reproductive function. I'm not aware of blood pressure medicine that affects fertility. However, women with high blood pressure may have some difficulties during the pregnancy with management of blood pressure and other issues.

Takes 3 to 6 months: It may take 3 to 6 months after your last depoprovera for it to all "get out of your system" so that ovulation can begin again. If your periods have not resumed by six months you should see your gyn. It is not clear which blood pressure medications you are taking but they would probably not hinder conception.
