It is bad but: Although i will say it is bad for you to smoke and drink at age of 18, but it will have no effect on your treatment and cure for your yeast infection.

Yes: Smoking by far has more insidious effects to your body in terms of vasculature, as well as your body's immune system, including healing. So i would consider quitting and cutting back on the alcohol.
