Ok...: Since you've been waiting awhile i will answer you. I am a shoulder specialist i will preface. Speaking as i would tell my sons, quit squeezing your testicle till it is flat. There is no reason to do this and i don't want to know why. They aren't going anywhere so you don't have to check an recheck and squeeze. Medically speaking, you can survive and reproduce and work normally with one.
