Could be: The anus is lined by a special set of muscles designed to help you keep feces in until you are ready to eliminate them. They have been described as the smartest muscles in the body, knowing liquid from solid, knowing how to pass gas, etc. Anal sex can stretch, tear or scar these muscles and change your life in many ways. Toilet time can become a problem. Many don't consider it a problem, I do.
