If you do not have a good trusted family doctor to see then please call the county crisis line where you live to get a chance to get in to see someone soon to help you deal with this.

Depression: Depression can cause these symptoms; alcohol and drugs can also. So can many other illnesses. You can get help by starting with your family physician for a thorough health review, and dealing with any problems that might show up. If depression seems likely, your doctor may also want you to work with a psychiatrist for more long-term treatment. Psychotherapy would be a big part of this.

Low T & adrenal fati: You need to have your testosterone level and adrenal cortisol levels (4 in a day) checked. You probably have a low testosterone level and adrenal hypo function. Also you need to have a sleep study to check for (osa) obstructive sleep apnea.
