No: Typical metabolic panels do not screen for thc or other drugs. A separate test would be ordered for that. If concerned about others discovering that you're smoking marijuana, stopping would eliminate worry -- at least 90 days after last use, anyway. Thc could still be found in hair until then.

Mostly in urine: Don't use if you worry about results people not able to get jobs when they use . Mostly detected in urine and hair . Every lab have different metabolic panel best will be to ask what they are going to check
