Is there a way to know if i have a gluten intolerance disorder?

See your doctor: A detail history will be taken by your doctor, along with a physical exam. Then diagnostic tests should be done, including measuring anti gliadin antibodies. A total IgA also needs to be measured because if this is low you tests for celiac disease can be erroneously normal. A small bowel biopsy is confirmatory.
