Fractionated laser: Botoxand fillerswill result in a temporary partial improvement. For a longer lasting improvement fractionated laser offers the better option. Healing time with the fractionated erbium is less than 4 days. The procedure can be repeated if additional i provident is desired. The erbium offers a predictable safe reproducible result.

Improve Lip Lines: Agree with dr. Westfried that Botox and dermal fillers will provide temporary improvement of deep lip lines. Fractional laser resurfacing will provide lasting improvement of lip lines. My preference is fractionall ultrapulse co2 laser. Our best results combine Botox or Dysport pre-treatment to allow for best collagen production and plumping.
