Would it be possible that a calcium build up on the lungs lead to cancer?

Granuloma?: I am guessing that you want to know whether a calcified granuloma in the lung is a cancer risk. These are very common -- here in kansas city most of us have them from histoplasmosis -- and despite what other folks may tell you, I do not believe they are a cancer risk.
