What would you say are most and least deadly types of cancer?

Debatable but...: Basal cell cancer of the skin and papillary cancer of the thyroid are relatively "benign" forms of cancer - an oxymoron, i know. Two cancers i wouldn't want are anaplastic cancer of the thyroid and glioblastoma, a particularly aggressive form of brain cancer. 10 more doctors will give you 10 different answers. Good luck.

Depends: Deadly will often refer to our ability to treat cancers effectively and prolong life. However, if you look at the statistics, lung cancer is the most deadly as it kills more patients per year regardless of gender. The fact that it is causally linked to smoking is the reason there is so much attention to smoking cessation. Glioblastoma is an aggressive brain cancer, but very rare.
