Depends: Generally there are two types of blisters, blood filled (deep injury) and fluid filled (superficial). The fluid filled is the most common and can be simply popped and apply triple antibiotic ointment to the area with bandaid. Leave the roof because it will fall off on its own, no need to peel it. If you have a blood blister, see you physician because it may be a bigger injury inside.
