Migraine?: Headache with significant stomach upset is more common with migraine headaches, which need to be treated differently than the common muscle tension headache. A good question to ask is whether light bothers his/her eyes with the headache. This would tend to confirm migraine headache. The special treatments for migraine include triptan medication (like imitrex) with our without something for nausea.
