Don't touch w hands: Many people who have tapeworms have no sxs other than seeing worms or worm parts in stool. Possible sxs/ signsinclude: weight loss, loss of appetite or hunger, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea & lethargy. It can lead to loss of important vitamins / minerals. Serious complications can occur however. The next time you pass a worm or segment bring it is as a stool specimen (don't touch with hands) to dr.
