Condoms & Gardasil: Course of 3 Gardasil injections will protect males & females from 4 sub-types of hpv responsible for 90 % of genital hpv infection & 75% or cervical cancer cases provided they have not previously exposed to this hpv sub-types. Condoms will protect against direct contact & thus infection provided there are no hpv lesions on scrotum, base of penis, labia or vulva.
