Yes, but maybe hard: It depends on what you mean by relationship and what the issues are as to how challenging it can be - but yes, no matter what - you can. But if this really is being asked beforehand, understand that hard can be very hard and it can mean that at the worst times you may not get much help from your partner. But it can still be a very rewarding and joyous connection.
