Many places: I agree with dr. Kessler. Some resources i find very useful also include center for science in the public interest: http://www.Cspinet.Org/ -- they also have a very informative newsletter that's only $20/year. They research many food products plus educate the public. Another resource is the weston price foundation: http://www.Westonaprice.Org/ there are many more as well.
