What happens if you scratch or sleep on a tb skin test?

Nothing will happen: Nothing will happen with either of those things. The TB test helps determine if you have ever been exposed to the TB bug & whether your immune system (specifically your t cells) has been primed against this bug. The test is read within 48-72 hours after being given & will help determine if you have been exposed or not. Further testing is required after a positive test.
