Varies with state: The states have their own list of vaccinations and or tuberculin testing for day care. Some require more than others. Your best source is to check with the state office for health care services/ day care licensing entity or a local day care for the list.

PPD TESTING/MMRV: Most states require a two step PPD testing one to three weeks apart, and if positive need chest xray. Also they require documentation having had shots for measles/mumps/rubella/varicella and/or blood titers for immunity to these 4 infectious diseases. This the minimum requirement for day care/nursery/ workers in most states.
