You may not need it: Clomid (clomiphene) is taken on days 5-9 of your monthly cycle (day 1 of cycle = first day of bleeding/period). You want to try to have sex when you are ovulating/releasing an egg (around day 14). Discuss with your doctor, as this medication has side effects and you may not even need it.
