Incomplete library: By the 1950's we were aware humans had 46 chromasomes that contained the library of information for all metabolic processes that sustain nl growth/develpoment/function.Since that time we have recognized hundreds of disorders related to abnormal extra or deleated whole chromasomes or pieces.Arising for unknown reasons, the incomplete or imbalanced info makes it into baby & distorts growth/dvp/fcn.
