Childhood disorders: From my perspective, i'm not sure that there are any more 'common' misdiagnoses. But i would have to say that childhood disorders are some of the more difficult decisions to make diagnostically, because of the age and abilities of the patient. Reliance on observations and anecdotes only helps the process so much. Keep in mind this is just my opinion.
