Not necessarily: Severe allergic reactions can occur at any time including any time during pregnancy. The effect of pregnancy can have many effects on susceptibility (higher risk of sinus infections) and asthma (may worsen, improve or stay same), but shouldn't increase the risk of severe allergic reactions.
