No: As soon as an egg is fertilized by a sperm, a process takes place in which the egg releases granules that prevent more than one sperm from fertilizing the same egg. The fused egg and sperm is now called a zygote and is impenetrable to other sperm. From this point on, there is no chance that the paternity of the growing child can be affected.
