A member asked:

What to do if i have really bad period cramps is it my contraceptive implant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Shouldn't be, but...: The contraceptive implant should not be a cause of worsening menstrual cramps. The hormones in the implant should help to thin the lining of the uterus. You probably need to see your dr. To make sure you don't have an ovarian cyst, or pelvic infection that may be causing the pain.
