Can stem cell research regrow a man's foreskin?

Poss.could but won't: There are many much more important organs & tissues which require or have ongoing stem cell reasearch. Stem cells to restore foreskin, in my opinion, would be at bottom of list. Such researc h is very expensive, would never pay for itself nor would researchers undertake this work which they would consider frivolous & unnecessary.
