Why might it be that my pupil turns out white on pictures?

You need an eye exam: White pupillary reflection indicates some pathology. This can be benign or serious. A complete ophthalmic exam is indicated. Causes can be cataract, modulated nerve fibers, retinal deposits or exudates or tumor.
