PMS: Premenstrual symptoms are common and varied. I have seen lots of pms complaints, but 'flu-like', not yet. If you mean headache, absolutely. If you mean fatigue, you bet. But the fever that usually accompanies flu is not a premenstrual phenomenon, except that basal body temperature rises by about 1 degree during the ten days or so prior to menses.
