Hand circulation: If we assume poor circulation implies arterial blood flow any blockage in the arteries to the hand may impair the blood flow. This may involve arteries from the chest all the way down to the small vessels in the fingers. This may be related to a variety of conditions. If symptomatic, suggest seeing a vascular surgeon.

I ride my bike in cold weather. When gloves are on, my left hand gets numb more quickly than my right. Could the tightness of my watch band (worn on left) cause circulation issues? Do I need to worry about numbness that hasnt subsided after 72 hours?
