Not much, sorry...: Generally, sexual side effects do not change with ssris. For some patients, what can help somewhat is to plan sex, and i will recommend skipping one dose the night before or in the morning, and then take the dose post coitus after a few minutes. No supplement or vitamins has shown to be effective for ssri induced lack of libido.

Consider these...: Velvet antler extract and horny goat weed are natural supplements used in traditional chinese medicine for erectile dysfunction and to increase libido. Velvet antler extract can increase the libido while horny goat weed is more for ed. Both can be used while taking ssri's, however you should consult your md before use if you have low blood pressure or any other cardiovascular disorders.
