It is not related: To laparoscopy. The birth control pill can help prevent recurrence of ov.Cysts and help bleeding. Heaviness is non specific and can be related to bladder or other processes. Do u have irregular menses? You may have pcos and get relief of weight with metformin. Using buproprion for mood, especially w/metformin, if good candidate, is demonstrated to help weight loss, which may help mood. Gd luc.
