May be normal: It may be normal to not get a period 4 months after delivery, especially if breast feeding. Although rare, the cervix may be preventing blood from passing which builds up blood in the uterus. Another pregnancy is possible as well. See your doctor for blood tests, exam, and ultrasound to evaluate these issues.
