Could be either: Getting pregnant is not an easy thing, usually. It has to be at the right time of the month, about 14 days after your period started. However, if unable to get pregnant it could be either one of you and that should be worked up by your gynecologist if you have been trying for over 1 year with no success. I am not being judgmental, but are you sure you want to get pregnant at 17?
